SahiGhar is run by a team that got tired of seeing renters lose deposits to fake listings, ghost brokers, and photos that look nothing like the actual flat.
Every property on SahiGhar is personally visited and verified by us before it goes live. We meet the owner, check the documents, take our own photos, and only then publish the listing.
We focus on Noida, Greater Noida, Noida Extension and Ghaziabad — the four corners of NCR where most of our team lives, and where we can actually walk to a flat, inspect it, and meet the people who own it. Going hyperlocal is what makes verification real.

How we make money
Listing on SahiGhar is free for owners. We charge a small one-time fee from the buyer or tenant once the deal closes — never upfront, never on a maybe. That keeps our incentives honest: we only make money when you actually find the right home.
